Account Manager
Account Managers perform a vital role that encompasses both sales and client service and are responsible for client retention. Hitwise Account Managers perform an essential function as they are the single point of contact and are responsible for maintaining and growing customer relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:

Achieve renewal revenue targets and client retention goals

Primary contact with Hitwise clients
-
Manage a portfolio of approximately 40 accounts
-
Actively manage and accurately forecast sales pipeline
-
Up-sell existing clients on new Hitwise services as well as discover new sources of revenue within existing clients

Conduct new client orientations and trainings
-
Act as liaison to product and technical team
-
Participate in team and individually recommended training programs
-
Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual performance reviews
-
Assist with marketing and represent Hitwise at industry events
Core Competencies:

Demonstrated track record of successful account management or sales experience

Relevant Four-Year, Bachelor’s Degree

Superior time management and prioritization practices

Strong presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills

Detail oriented with excellent follow-up and follow through habits
